Consultation
The process starts with a free one hour consultation. We listen to your needs, establish a timeframe, and develop an estimate for the services you request.
Plan
Next we will create a plan that meets the requirements you shared during the consultation. We determine a schedule that works for you and make all the arrangements needed to organize your items.
Downsize
HTI will help reduce the amount of unwanted items you have. We can also arrange for the sale of unwanted items through collectors and dealers. Proceeds of the sale go directly to you.
Organize
We tame the clutter and thoroughly clean your home in preparation for an open house or any other new living arrangement you have. And if you are moving to a new home, we will help you get settled in. HTI will help unpack your items and arrange your furniture with your guidance. Better yet, we'll take the boxes and wrappings with us so your new home isn't left a mess. HTI will also create effective storage solutions for you whether you are moving out or staying put.

Eldercare Organizations
HTI will work one on one with eldercare organizations to help them meet the needs of those they serve. Working directly with families of loved ones, we will help make the transition to new housing easy on everyone.
Pastoral Caregivers
Like eldercare organizations, places of worship are often called on to help families transition loved ones and shut-ins to new living arrangements. We will work with everyone involved to make the move from one arrangement to another as seamless as possible.
Baby Boomers and Empty Nesters

A few of the best ways to sell a home are to de-clutter, reorganize, and freshen up the surroundings, things we've done a few times before. Having worked with realtors and the families they serve, HTI has learned tricks of the trade to bring out the best in each home. Often the missing piece to a successful sale, this process matches homes with prospects looking to buy.
